    Lee - Team Leader

 

Lee is our Operations Team Leader. He was formerly an engineer at Ford Motor Company. He knows the importance of systems and procedures and he has instilled this among our team members. He is a great visionary. He wants your experience with The Bittinger Team to create a “client for life” because you know you can depend on us.

Noel - Team Leader    

Noel is the Sales Team Leader of The Bittinger Team. She too is a former engineer. She focuses her attention on Sellers, promotion, and marketing. She is our problem solver. Combine Noel’s experience with the decades of experience from the rest of the team, and it’s a safe bet that when issues arise (and we all know they do), we have not only seen the problem before, but have solved those problems numerous times!

 

                                                       

Kelly Adkins, Lea Ann Malmin, and Debbie Louiselle, Realtor Partners are dedicated to finding the perfect buyer for your home as quickly as possible. The Realtor Partners work closely with multiple serious, qualified buyers who are looking to purchase their dream home right now. They make sure that all their buyers know about the special features of your home. They are also experts in Listing and Selling your home.

                                   
 
Jane Mancha, Business Growth Manager and Team Manager has been in the real estate business for 12 years.  Jane has been involved in all facets of the real estate business.  As a result, is considered an expert in client care management.  In the position of Business Manager, Jane makes sure that systems work smoothly by overseeing all aspects of the office.
 

    

Diane Klemmer, Listing Manager is responsible for creating brochures, showing feedback, and overseeing all listing activities and maintenance. She is very diligent in keeping our clients informed of all the progress from the time a listing is taken until a purchase agreement is received.

    

 

Don Kearney, Client Care Manager is responsible for photographing our listings, replenishing brochures, and checking on vacant homes. Look for Don in our VW “bug” in your neighborhood.

 

    

 

Louise Brekke, Website Coordinator creates our Virtual Tours, inputs all new Listings, photos, and listing updates on our various websites.

Susan - Closings Manager    

Susan Sutton, Closing Manager works closely with the sellers and buyers from the time the contract is bottom-lined until we achieve a successful closing. She takes pride in her prompt response times, proactive attitude and friendly disposition which helps to make the process of selling or buying a home as stress free as possible.
